Any boxes shipped to the hotel should be labeled as follows:

Name of your Conference Services Manager
Name and address of the Hotel to receive the parcels (see below)
Attention: Your name
Hold for: The name and dates of your conference

A $2.50 handling charge per delivered parcel, box, or item will be charged. Any materials required for your event may be sent three days prior to the event for holding.
