For $9.50 per Scout (minimum group size of 15), your troop will enjoy 3-hour guided tour lead by one of our certified Merit Badge instructors. During the tour, your troop will travel back in time to the 18th century and discover European, Native American and African cultures, their contributions to our country and how each influenced the America we are today. Uncover the various religions in colonial Virginia, and how they changed after independence and the declaration of religious freedom. Explore Indian Nation and traditions of this group. Gain a deeper knowledge of the early African American experience at the home of Peyton Randolph.
For $15.00 per Scout (minimum group size of 15), your troop will enjoy a 6-hour guided tour led by one of our certified Merit Badge instructors. During the tour, your troop will gain an understanding of what citizenship in the nation means and what it takes to be a good citizen of this country. Discuss the rights, duties, and obligations of a responsible and active American citizen. Scouts will come away with better understanding of the foundation of our government, after touring the world’s largest living history museum, Colonial Williamsburg.
